  1. I am a longterm URF shareholder, currently controlling 345,000 ordinary shares , and 600 URFPA. I totally endorse Mr Raper’s assessment of the proposed URF transaction . Just for starters, it benefits URFPA holders at the expense of ordinary share holders, and I look forward to voting it down.
    Can the URF board be replaced?
