  2. Hi Jeremy,

Just wondering what the thought process is from here with Pgh following the TOP decision.
If Pgh is delisted, I presume we’ll be fine to hold our shares on IBKR?

Any thoughts on the likely result of the egm?

Just contemplating whether this is now a cut your losses, or buy more (liquidity restrictions noted)….

    • i am going to hold my shares through the delisting (realistically no other option for me). actually i bought a few more today/yest…

IBKR will allow you to hold delisted securities…you just cant do anything with them and they aren’t marginable (obviously) so its a bit of a pain.

of course, the EGM will vote to delist, and this will be delisted a month after the meeting. i expect RG to bid for the residual shares, post delisting, at some point over the next 12months.

  3. Hi Jeremy, Do you see any point in holding shares in separate accounts (Ie to maximise the number of shareholders), or is the 150 shareholder threshold irrelevant given the apparent exception? ie is this actually still a hurdle which just hasn’t been talked about by design hoping the shareholder base will reduce anyway? I have 2 main accounts and one with a small holding I am thinking about moving into one of other other ones.

    • there are still over 1000 shareholders of record, maybe 1500…i dont think it really matters a huge amount, to hold shares in separate accounts…
